An AI can do this in forty seconds. Why would I pay?
It can, and every address it gives you will sound right. The difference does not appear on a screen. It appears at eight in the evening on day three, in front of a locked door, in the rain.
Why not a travel agency?
An agency is paid by the hotels it sends you to, which makes its list an arrangement rather than a selection. It also books on your behalf. We are paid only by you, and you keep every decision.
You do not book anything. So I still have work to do.
You do, and it is deliberate. Booking takes you a few minutes on links that are already open in front of you. It also means your money never passes through us, and no hotel has any reason to be on your list other than being right for you.
What if I do not like it?
Read the first two days. If you do not want the rest, tell us within forty-eight hours and we will refund you in full. You keep the two days. On The Experience and The Signature.
We do not have our dates yet.
Then there is nothing to compose. Tell us where you are thinking of going and we will write to you when you have them.
Can one of us not know?
Yes. Tell us which of you is planning, and we will write to that person separately. One part of the journey will exist only for them to know — or, if they prefer, for them not to.
Do you work in our language?
Journeys are written in English, French or Spanish. We correspond in all three.
