What happens to what you write

What you write here is used for one thing: to choose your journey. It is read by your concierge and by no one else.

It is never sold, never rented, never shared with a venue, a hotel or an advertiser, and never used to build an advertising profile of you.

It is kept for as long as we are working on your journey, and for three years afterwards so we can pick it up again if you come back. You can ask to see everything we hold, correct it, or have it deleted at any time — write to hello@duoriatravel.com and it is done within thirty days.

Duoria writes and designs journeys. We are the controller of this data under the GDPR, and we process it to answer your request and to perform the service you ask for. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
